Only abstracts submitted through the online submission form will be forwarded to the abstract committee for review.

Abstracts submitted by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.

All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English.

The scientific committee reserves the right to decide on the final form of presentation.

Presenting authors of abstracts must be registered and paid participants.​

The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.

Abstracts must be received on or before the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered. ​​

Abstracts must be original and must not be or have been published or presented at any other meeting prior to the conference.
